Our team traveled to Italy with one of the world’s most notorious gelatiers, Malcolm Stogo, to get the best gelato flavors Italy could offer. We wanted to create a romance between the world’s two best adult treats, liquor & gelato. We decided to import some of the top gelato flavors to Miami and bring a never-before-seen bar experience to South Florida.

Therefore we developed the most delicate gelato to match the smooth taste of world-class liquors.

A LOVE STORY LIKE NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED

We were passionate about the high-end liquor industry but wanted to bring nostalgia and desire to the taste of alcohol.

So we called in some of the best mixologists in the United States to combine our gelato and created a concept that would make every 21+ bar look & feel familiar.

In the end, we realized that we had developed the perfect love story between gelato and liquor.

Quore is not just naturally sourced ingredients or infused with world-class liquors, our gelato is also passionately developed by two of the world’s best gelato makers. Malcolm Stogo, the inventor of “Cookies & Cream ice cream” & Maestro Gelatiere behind the gelato brand came together to create the best liquor-infused gelatos for adults.

This pursuit of excellence first gained global recognition in 2021, when our brand was honored with the Dieline Award for Best Luxury Packaging in the World, marking a milestone in both design and product storytelling.

From there, our focus on quality, consistency, and guest experience led to sustained recognition across multiple markets. We are proud to have been named Best Ice Cream in Miami for four consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025)—a distinction that reflects long-term trust and loyalty from our community.

At the local level, our individual locations have also earned outstanding recognition. Our Hollywood location has been awarded Best Ice Cream Shop multiple times, including 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 while our Coral Gables and Wynwood locations have each been recognized as Best Ice Cream Shop as well in 2025. These honors are based on exceptional customer feedback and overall performance.

In addition, our Wynwood location was distinguished as a Yelp Favorite, highlighting strong customer satisfaction and engagement driven directly by verified guest reviews.

Our artisanal gelato program has continued to grow in parallel, earning the title of Best Gelato in Miami in both 2024 and 2025. This recognition was extended to our non-liquor-infused brand, Gelato e Macchiato, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity without compromising quality.

Also, our dedication to responsible production and broader accessibility was further underscored by achieving Kosher Certification, allowing us to serve a wider audience while maintaining the highest standards.
