What is the difference between Italian ice cream / gelato and ice cream?The Italian ice cream, also known as “gelato” is considered to be smoother as it has less fat and air. It is not frozen like an ice cream, which allows your palate to taste the flavors more intensely.

Do you make all of the ice cream?Yes, we do. We have an on our factory located in North Miami, and there is were the magic happens.

How much alcohol do the Quore Gelato ice cream have?All our formulas have less than 5% alcohol. It is the right measure to have a balance between the liqueur and the ice cream.

What makes your recipes special?All our recipes were developed by two well-known master gelatiers in the world of gelato: Malcolm Stogo and Julio Bertoni.

If I am under 21 years old, can I have ice cream with alcohol?No, you can’t. You need to be 21 years old or older to enjoy our Quore Gelato with alcohol. But, you can find non-alcoholic Quore Gelato available on our menu for people under 21 years of age, or for those who want to enjoy an ice cream without alcohol on our locations. Note that we will need proof of your age.

Can I get Quore Gelato for an event?Yes, of course, and you should! We are prepared to accommodate your event’s needs. We specialized on corporate events, weddings, birthday celebrations, anniversary celebrations, and the like. Can I get Quore Gelato if I live outside Florida, including other countries?Good news for you: yes, you can. If you live within Florida, place your order on our website and we will take care of the rest. For orders outside of Florida, including the rest of USA, please contact us on our Contact Section of the website and let us know where you need our Quore Gelato to be shipped.
